Join Lindsay for a 60 minute vinyasa flow - sound off - tropical vibes yoga experience, where wireless headphones meet asana. 🎧 🧘🏼‍♀️ 🎶 Roll out your mat, and pop on some noise-canceling headphones for this unique yoga experience at the Groundswell Yoga - Downtown Annapolis ~ Friday - April 18th @ 6:30pm. This shared intimate experience allows you to focus inward & be completely present on your mat throughout your practice. Drop in, connect and move with your breath & the music to welcome springtime & the warm weather it brings. Glow sticks will be provided, just bring your mat and the good vibes!
